Job Description
Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy and SRGM (Strategic Revenue Growth Management) CE, this role will work with business owners to review commercial objectives and the commercial investment decisions they give rise to, to formulate the insights that can deliver most value. Requirement to build models and tools to help the commercial community make faster and better decisions with a high level of confidence.
This role is significant in extracting insights from complex data to ensure inputs in models and decisions are robust. Be well-versed in advanced analytics techniques and tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Ability to demonstrate personal impact that leads directly to business success, whilst growing in the field of data analytics in an international working environment.
This role will be part of a highly motivated, solution oriented and passionate group of people.
Universal Accountabilities
- Creating and or evolving tools & models to personally deliver insight & learnings from data to drive action & change.
- Creating models & tools that can empower our CE commercial community to make better, quicker commercial decisions through their own analysis.
- Leading analysis to optimise plans and course correct.
- Owning the data & analytics enhancement of a key Revenue Management project, focused on optimising investment in promotions and portfolio mix across the CE business.
- Supporting the continuous learning cycle for our trade promotion investments and creating do & do not action guidelines by key market.
- Supporting markets in investment scenario planning.
- Championing efficient ways of working and simplification.
Measuring performance gaps & drive decision making improvement.
- Supporting initiatives to enhance data literacy across CE commercial business to enable Revenue Management tools’ success.
- Ensure the last mile user adoption of the tools created by offering customized in-house demos and trainings.
- Supporting in implementation of wider commercial data & analytics initiatives and projects as a part of revenue management enablement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in improving business performance using advanced data & analytics capabilities and techniques – both current and new.
- Ability to work autonomously, flexibly and consultatively with individuals and teams located internationally.
- Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.
- A real passion for data
- An understanding of commercial processes in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
- Background in Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar fields
- Clear understanding of BI architecture and data pipelines
- Experience in KPI reporting and Dash-boarding.
- Fast learner, partly from others but principally through your own creation and testing.
- Adopt an agile & positively collaborative approach, with a capability to get things done efficiently.
- Advanced Excel skills (experience in Power BI/Tableau and/or Power Query, and/or Power Pivot is an advantage).
Working Relationships
- Reports to Head of Commercial Strategy and Revenue Management, Central Europe
- Key relationships internally across Central Europe will include Commercial – Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT and Demand Planning.

- Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, R etc.
Work Environment
- Ad-hoc travel across Central Europe
- Office based in Warsaw with Hybrid work model (2 days in the office)
