Job Description

Position Summary

This position is:

  • Deliver assigned sales target in the responsible channels



Universal Accountabilities

  • Deliver assigned sales target
  • Responsible for execution and operation for the assigned EC channel
  • Communicate & coordinate with TP in detailed daily operation management.
  • Fully deliver assigned monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales target per the responsible channel/ store.
  • Drive sales efficiency through well-designed product exposures, delivering clear selling point messages to targeted consumers
  • Track on performance and optimize the portfolio based on sales priorities and segmentation.
  • Coordinate in setting up and updating annual/ quarterly/ monthly demand planning of key products,
  • Ensure the effective spending in paid traffics, deliver good control on contribution margin target
  • Portfolio design and execution
  • Responsible for account sales achievement and margin contribution



Required Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Experience in eCommerce key platform Tmall or JD
  • FMCG experience is must, personal care or home care will be plus
