An amazing opportunity within the Sales Mass department, provide sales support for 6 main customers in close relation with 3 Key Account Managers.

Be the privileged contact, responsible for data management in the customer systems (Leclerc, Carrefour, SU, Intermarché, Auchan, Monoprix).

 

Responsibilities:

SALES SUPPORT

• Act as the primary contact for brand assistants when responding to promotional calls for tender, full completion of product databases such as Salsify (visual, sales pitch, logistics, and pricing)
• Interact with other company departments (Marketing, Category Management, FSF, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance) to ensure the reliability of the information
• Create PowerPoint presentations to support the FSF (sales plans,…)

INVOICING & PROMO ORDERS MANAGEMENT

• Process and follow up customer invoices (cooperation agreements and NIP)
• Manage promotional orders in the forecast tool, in close coordination with Demand Planning to secure product availability for promotional operations

 

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Bac+ 3
• Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in sales department, sales field or customer service 
• Results orientation, customer oriented
• Ability to prioritize, organizational  & planning skills, rigorous
• At ease with figures and systems
•Team player, flexible, enthusiastic, positive and tenacious
 

Key Stakeholders

· Reports to Senior KAM
· Key relationships include Marketing, Category Management, FSF, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance
Privileged contact of the Customers brands assistants 

Important Info

· Tools include Microsoft office applications, PowerBI., Salsify, Agena 3000, SAP, forecast/promo tool, internal tools
· Hybrid working – a great mix of in-person interaction & virtual e.g. 3 days per week in the office.
