Job Description

Position Summary

 

 

Coordinate brand and shopper marketing activities in close cooperation with the Regional Trade Marketing Manager and Sales Teams, supporting effective execution across channels and markets.

Geographical scope of responsibility: Balkans, Baltics, CIS

Universal Accountabilities

  • Support the development and execution of shopper marketing initiatives across the portfolio, helping drive strong in-store and online visibility and sales performance.
  • Coordinate promotions, POSM and trade marketing activities, including briefing, production, implementation and post-activity follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain brand, shopper and trade marketing materials, pack shots, databases and supporting documentation.
  • Support POSM purchasing and budget administration, including supplier coordination, quotations, Purchase Order creation and follow-up, in line with company procurement and budget processes.
  • Coordinate and follow up on product-related legal, regulatory and compliance questions, working with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and correct implementation in materials and activations.
  • Support shopper and merchandising projects, including shelf-layout recommendations, retailer-specific adaptations and sharing relevant guidance with Sales teams.
  • Work with external agencies and cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Demand Planning, Customer Service and other relevant functions.
  • Monitor competitor, retailer and shopper activity and provide simple, actionable analysis and updates to the team.
  • Support Sales colleagues with shopper marketing projects, guidelines, tools and materials.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Regional Trade Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager on shopper, operational and administrative priorities

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in a Marketing or Business-related subject.
  • Over 2 years of good Trade Marketing background gained within FMCG company.
  • Experience in working close with sales in major trade channels dealing with marketing agencies (ATL, BTL, data providers eg. Nielsen)
  • Sales experience would be appreciated
  • Experience working with international markets would be an advantage
