If there’s one thing you’ll experience here, it’s collaboration. You’ll work with supportive, engaged colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure key customers are managed efficiently and professionally.

As a Key Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day‑to‑day management of key customers, supporting Key Account Managers and ensuring smooth execution of customer plans.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support to Key Account Managers
  • Prepare presentations for internal reviews and customer meetings
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of promotional activities and customer initiatives
  • Assist with preparation of commercial agreements, price lists, and customer documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer data, listings, and promotional calendars
  • Support product launches, relistings, and delistings in cooperation with internal teams and customers
  • Act as an operational point of contact for customer‑related queries
  • Coordinate information flow between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams

 

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

We’re looking for someone with hands‑on experience in an FMCG sales environment who enjoys working with data, processes, and stakeholders to deliver results.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an FMCG sales department
    (e.g. Sales Assistant, Sales Analyst, Key Account Support)
  • Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Customer‑focused, collaborative, and results‑driven approach

 

What You’ll Be Accountable For

  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of sales data, reports, and customer documentation
  • Supporting effective execution of customer plans and promotional activities
  • Contributing to smooth daily cooperation with key customers through operational excellence
  • Identifying performance gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and escalating them to Key Account Managers
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes, commercial policies, and timelines

 

Your Development Journey
