We are looking for an experienced Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Are you someone who takes initiative, delivers with high ownership, and thrives in a dynamic environment?

As a Junior Brand & Shopper Manager CE, you will support the Brand Manager CE in building and executing marketing and consumer plans for a selected brand across Central Europe. You’ll actively contribute to business growth through local brand activation, in-store and online excellence, innovation launches and portfolio optimization. You will work closely with Regional Sales Teams to ensure shopper marketing plans win at the point of purchase and deliver consistent, profitable growth.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

 

·Support execution of annual marketing plans for brand growth and innovation launches

·Drive central media activities across CE in cooperation with creative and media agencies

·Recommend and adapt brand strategies and assets delivered by the Central Team

·Build consumer-facing arguments and brand stories tailored to CE markets

·Monitor brand KPIs (volume, value, GM, equity) and recommend corrective actions

·Translate research and insights into actionable plans to improve campaign performance

·Track competitive media and marketing activity and advise local leadership teams

·Manage and report media budget performance monthly to ensure cost-effectiveness

·Collaborate with Regional Sales Teams to shape portfolio, pricing and promo strategy

·Support the Brand Manager CE in day-to-day operations, creative development, campaign execution and team coordination

 


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 

While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

 

Here’s what we are looking for:

·Minimum 3–4 years of marketing experience in FMCG (brand or trade marketing)

·Experience in marketing planning, campaign development and working with agencies (ATL, BTL, media, research)

·Understanding of market data, Nielsen/GfK/IQVIA or similar tools

·University degree in Marketing, Business or related field

·Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)

·Strong analytical skills and business acumen

·Excellent project management and organizational skills

·Proactive, self-driven, solution-focused

·Creative mindset and ability to challenge the status quo
