Let’s Talk About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven leader to head the Insights & Category Management function across Central Europe.
This role combines category strategy, commercial insight generation, and people leadership. You will lead a small but high‑impact team (Specialist + Junior Manager) and ensure that data, shopper understanding, and category thinking translate into clear, actionable commercial decisions.
You will play a critical role in enabling fact‑based growth across brands, customers, and channels.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Define the Central Europe category vision and growth opportunities by brand and channel
  • Lead the development of trade stories and customer‑facing category arguments
  • Identify risks and opportunities using retail, shopper, and internal data
  • Support Brand and Sales teams with insight‑driven recommendations
  • Partner with Sales and Brand teams on JBP preparation and customer planning

  • Lead and develop a 2‑person team (Specialist + Junior Manager)
  • Ensure high‑quality, timely insight delivery across the organisation
  • Drive continuous improvement of tools, dashboards, and ways of working
  • Build data literacy and an insight‑led culture across Central Europe

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for an experienced professional, ideally from an FMCG or Cosmetics environment, who enjoys turning data into decisions and insight into impact.
While experience matters, we’re also about making useful things joyful, so passion and curiosity go a long way here.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Category Management, Insights, or Commercial Analytics
  • Proven people leadership experience (formal line management preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of retail data tools (NielsenIQ, GfK, Kantar, Euromonitor, etc.)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of FMCG dynamics
  • Fluent English and Polish
