You want to own your career and you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as a Senior Key Account Manager with an exciting focus on our modern and traditional trade channels. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men and recently acquired Jack Black… just to name a few!).

Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for increasing and executing distribution for Edgewell Personal Care Poland. There will be specific focus on implementing sales contract and actions plans and developing sales, distribution, price and promotional strategies in traditional trade channels.

 

You’ll also be responsible for:

 

  • Defining distribution goals for the traditional channel and ensuring implementation of distribution strategies.
  • Ensuring proper positioning, consumer prices and sales prices for Edgewell Personal Care Poland products in all sales categories.
  • Implementation of advertising, distribution, price and promotional
  • Negotiations of commercial conditions, including annual ones
  • Analysis of data on category development, sales and margin 

 

Show Us What You've Got

Ideally you will have significant Account Management experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail company. Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’

 

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

 

  • Sales or Key Account Management Experience
  • Experience in Consumer Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods
  • Experience with Traditional Trade Retailers
  • Fluent in both Polish and English
