Let’s Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be involved in supporting Customer Service Specialists as well as Sales KAMs/BDMs and customers, maintaining database of prices and promotions and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.  

 

Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for: 

 

•    Creating customers in SAP;
•    Maintaining master data and make analyses and clean-up activities
in the system - such as data on customers, outline agreements, info records, etc;
•    Maintaining on regular basis pricing database in SAP together with keeping documentation for the processes updated;
•    Maintaining on regular basis promotional changes in SAP;
•    Booking invoices issued by customers in SAP;
•    Handling customer pricing complaints & issues related, liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to these issues.
•    Providing high quality service, advice and technical support
to the Customers;
•    Preparing documents and reports for future reference.
•    Performing Internal Controls,
•    Leading or taking part in improvement or knowledge management
initiatives and supporting creation of best-in-class Master Data practices across functions;

In this role, it is important that you are multi-task person, able to work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and customers. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.


 In addition, it would be great if you have the following:

 

•    University degree
•    Experience in working with data
•    Fluency in spoken & written English and Polish is required
•    MS Office and SAP literate
