We are looking for an experienced Account Manager Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).  

 


Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Develop, align and execute commercial, distribution, price and trade promotion strategy for given in order to deliver the Net Sales & Gross Margin
  • Monitor and report the execution of SWS activities across assigned customers.
  • Actively collaborate internally with all stakeholders including Private Label commercial team to maximize Edgewell customer contribution within given customers
  • Proactively setting new business opportunities
  • Administration of accounts, cooperation retailers
  • Follow up and implement long-term & short-term marketing strategy to the retailers.
  • Communicating & implementing new product launches and relaunches to particular customers
  • Be responsible for forecasting of goods and assuring proper product availability.
  • Negotiates commercial terms, as well as annual terms.
  • Analyses customer data concerning category development, performance on sales and margins.
  • Maintains active contacts with customer internal decision makers in order to deliver business objectives.
  • Implements category management rules to grow customer Net Sales & Gross Margin.
  • Monitors the levels of stock, account receivables, competitors’ activities. 
  • Executes merchandising and visibility standards of EPC products.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • University degree – economic profile preferable
  • At least 2-3 years of successful experience in the sales department (Sales Analyst/Junior Key Account Manager) in FMCG company
  • Computer literate, especially MS Office.
  • Credible and respected team player well integrated within the wider team.
  • A strong, proactive collaborator that is comfortable interacting at all levels throughout the organisation
  • Fluent English (in speech and writing), fluent Polish (in speech and writing)
  • Highly developed negotiations skills
  • Action-oriented
  • A Strong, communication & influencing skills
  • A keen sense of analytical thinking
  • Challenger style, creativity & ability to think “out of the box”, openness to change
  • Ability to work effectively in stressful & highly dynamic environment
