We are looking for an analytically strong and commercially aware team member to take on a Junior Manager role in our Category & Insights function for Central Europe.
This role is ideal for someone ready to go beyond reporting — owning insight-driven projects, supporting strategic recommendations and working directly with commercial and marketing teams.

You’ll support the Insights & Category Manager CE, while independently driving selected initiatives across brands, customers and categories.

 Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).  


Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Insight & Category Development
  • Analyze category, shopper and customer data (Nielsen, GfK, internal sources) to identify opportunities and risks
  • Build strategic and tactical recommendations for Sales, Trade and Marketing teams
  • Lead selected initiatives (e.g. pricing mapping, assortment reviews, distribution gaps)
  • Co-develop trade stories and insights for customer meetings and JBP planning
  • Collaborate with international and local colleagues with regards to new shopper & consumer trends
     
  • Commercial Support
  • Translate insights into actions that improve sell-in/sell-out performance
  • Support brand planning, channel strategy and promo planning with data-driven input
  • Monitor competition, pricing, and shopper trends across markets
  • Act as point of contact for day-to-day commercial insight requests

Tools & Process Optimization

  • Maintain and evolve performance dashboards, scorecards, insight templates
  • Contribute to building local data capability by sharing best practices and guiding junior team members
  • Support process simplification and consistency across CE markets


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 

While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

 

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in insights, category management, trade marketing or commercial analytics
  • Strong skills in data interpretation, storytelling and strategic thinking
  • Hands-on experience with Nielsen/GfK and internal sales systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Strong communicator, confident in presenting to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking individual with strong accountability for results
  • Business-oriented mindset – data is more than just numbers to you; it’s a basis for direction and decision-making
  • Organized, proactive with can-do attitude and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Works closely with: Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy
  • External partners: Research agencies, data providers (e.g. Nielsen, GfK)
