What You’ll Be Doing

Brand activation & innovation

    • Shape and execute CE marketing campaigns & innovation launches
    • Adapt regional assets into compelling local executions

Shopper marketing & in-store excellence

    • Plan & implement trade/promotions with regional sales teams
    • Drive local activations that win in-store and online

Performance & budget management

    • Monitor brand KPIs (volume, value, margin, equity) and recommend corrective actions
    • Manage media budgets and performance with clear ROI reporting

Insight-led optimization

    • Analyze Nielsen / GfK / IQVIA data and competitive trends
    • Translate consumer/shopper insights into strategic campaign improvements

Team & agency collaboration

    • Coordinate agencies for ATL/BTL campaigns & shopper comms
    • Actively support Senior Brand Manager on project management, creative briefs, sourcing

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years in FMCG (brand or trade marketing)
  • Skilled in marketing planning, media, ATL/BTL execution
  • Analytical with experience in Nielsen, GfK, IQVIA or similar tools
  • Fluent in Polish and English (written & spoken)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proactive, creative, strategic problem-solver with strong project management skills
