You will be reporting to the Sales Manager (Poland) and will be responsible for growing the distribution of Edgewell Personal Care product portfolio for your specific Retail Customers in the most cost-efficient manner. Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to

 

•    Develop, align, and execute commercial, distribution, price, and trade promotion strategy for given to deliver the Net Sales & Gross Margin
•    Define & deliver Net Sales & Gross Margin targets within given customers
•    Actively collaborate internally with all stakeholders including Private Business Group commercial team to maximize Edgewell Personal Care customer contribution within given customers
•    Implements sales, distribution, price, and promotion policies.
•    Negotiates commercial terms, as well as annual terms.
•    Analyses data concerning category development, customer performance on sales and margins.
•    Forecasts accurately to deliver business objectives.
•    Implements category management rules to grow customer Net Sales & Gross Margin.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
We’ll need you to be comfortable building and maintaining great relationships with some of our biggest Retail Customers. Ideally you will have Key Account or Sales experience within a consumer goods business. Experience with Mass Market/ Hypermarket Retailers will be an advantage.
 
We’re looking for the following skills and experience
 
•    Significant successful experience in sales department as Key Account Manager in FMCG company
•    Experience in marketing, trade marketing or category development will be a strong asset
•    University degree – economic profile preferable
•    English fluent (in speech and writing), Polish fluent (in speech and writing)
•    Computer literate, MS Office.
•    Experience working with brands on challenger position would be strong asset.
