This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to excellent professional support in a busy and varied role.

Let’s Get Down To Business


Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be part of a diverse sales and marketing department and will work closely your manager as well as Brand and Key Account Managers. The role demands a great deal of stakeholder involvement and engagement at various levels, so is ideal for someone who enjoys communication and building long lasting relationships.


Here’s a sample of some of the things you’ll get up to:

  • Providing daily support for the Sales Director for Central Europe (diary, travel etc.)
  • Providing information flow between the Management Team and other organizational units in the company
  • Organizing company meetings and conferences, business trips and other business events.
  • Office work administration
  • Car fleet management
  • Organization of the Reception work
  • General coordination of commissioned projects
  • Providing administrative support to members of the management team
  • Settlement of advances and business trips of the Sales Director for Central Europe

Ideally you will have Personal, Executive Assistant or Office Management experience gained within a busy commercial or FMCG business.

In this role, it is important that you are able to work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and teams. Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.


Here are some of the experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience as an assistant in an international environment
  • Fluency in English and Polish (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail combined with time management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work under time pressure,
  • Motivation and a positive approach to the duties performed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Support for MS Office programs at an advanced level
