Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the IT Operations Manager (International) and will be a part of a diverse global team. Were looking for a hands-on IT analyst who can provide fantastic service to our teammates. This role requires a good level of problem-solving skills as well as a customer service mindset. There will also be opportunities to get involved with Global projects and system implementations so you will be kept busy!

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

•    Hardware/Software support and IMAC responsibilities, i.e., Desktop, Laptop, Printer, etc
•    Mobile Device & Audio-Visual Support
•    Boardroom/Quarterly Meeting Support
•    PC/Printer Site Asset Management
•    Maintain inventory for pc/printers for site
•    Maintain spare parts inventory
•    Coordinate with IT Purchasing Admin for inventory refresh
•    Physical PC placement and moves
•    Site Purchaser for peripherals
•    Software/Application compatibility testing
•    Support of non-managed line of business applications
•    Smarthands support network and server teams


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
Ideally you will have experience as an IT Site Technician or onsite Analyst. You will also be able to demonstrate great hands-on service to teammates both in the office and virtually. You must be fluent in English and Polish.
Here’s what we are looking for:


•    Previous experience as an Onsite Technician, IT Helpdesk Advisor or related.
•    iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Windows
•    MS Office applications and Office 365, SharePoint, and Windows 10
•    Desire to stay abreast of best practices and technologies that affect the business
•    Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions
•    Excellent written and oral communications skills
•    Fluency in Polish & English (written & verbal)
