Move Forward: The Opportunity 

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support customers throughout the order-to-delivery process, ensuring orders, invoices and customer information are managed accurately and in line with internal procedures. This role is important in delivering a reliable and responsive customer experience while collaborating with customers, carriers, warehouses and international colleagues. You will build valuable experience within a global consumer goods business and contribute directly to smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. 

Process incoming customer orders received by email and EDI. 

Book customer invoices and issue invoices and credit notes accurately. 

Manage product availability and maintain accurate information in system databases. 

Monitor stock orders and deliveries to customers, following up on any issues. 

Handle customer queries and complaints, working with colleagues and managers to identify effective solutions. 

Provide high-quality service, advice and technical support to customers in English and Polish. 

Prepare and maintain accurate documents and reports for future reference. 

Cooperate with carriers and warehouse partners to support smooth order fulfilment.

You will be a customer-focused and organised professional who can manage multiple priorities, work autonomously and collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues across international locations. You communicate clearly, take ownership and enjoy finding practical solutions. 

Experience in customer service, order management or administration, ideally within FMCG or another fast-paced environment. 

Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English. 

A customer-first mindset with confident telephone and email communication skills. 

Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks at once. 

A proactive and collaborative approach to resolving customer and delivery issues. 

Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems; SAP experience is advantageous. 

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team. 

A university degree or equivalent relevant experience.
