Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager and will work to grow sales & gross margin of respective region via support in developing customer marketing activities to win in all trade channels and markets in the most effective way including local regional brand activities with close cooperation with Sales Team.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

 

•    Support development of winning in- store programme of initiatives across the portfolio of segments that drives shopper interest and maximizes sales performance.
•    Execute promotions and activities.  Optimise the efficiency of promotional & merchandising activities, best practice implementation & regular post-analysis.
•    Customer & shopper marketing materials preparation in-line with given brief
•    Manage of POS / TM materials incl. continuous search for cost optimization and quality improvement (incl. new material development, bidding / purchasing - respecting company policy on purchasing & budget management, forecasting etc.)
•    Manage trade materials & training materials database
•    Support the cooperation with external agencies (local ATL, BTL, PR etc), retailers / distributors counterparts and internal departments (sales, HUB marketing, demand planning, finance, customer service, procurement).
•    Monitor & share information about competitive environment, retailers’ environment and consumers behaviours / insights and share with organisation.
•    Supports sales colleagues in managing marketing projects, providing guidelines and all other needed marketing materials.
•    Provide compelling and valuable data analysis defined by Regional Customer Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing CE


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
We’ll need you to be comfortable analysing trade marketing data and making meaningful recommendations to customers. We are looking for a great communicator who can manage multiple projects while working with a variety of stakeholders. Ideally you will have some trade marketing experience in a consumer goods or cosmetics industry.
 
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience
 
•    Diploma or degree in a Marketing or Business-related subject.
•    Experience or Trade Marketing background gained within FMCG company.
•    Experience in working close with sales in major trade channels dealing with marketing agencies (ATL, BTL, data providers e.g. Nielsen).
•    Experience working with international markets would be an advantage.
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Knowledge of Central Europe markets will be a strong asset
•    Fluent English and Polish (written and oral) essential
