We are looking for a Sales professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic and Bulldog Skincare for Men… just to name a few!).
 
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy and SRGM (Strategic Revenue Growth Management) Central Europe (CE), this role will support all projects in the field of interest of the department. It will play a pivotal role in supporting revenue operations. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. By leveraging data and analytics, you’ll contribute to revenue growth.
This role will be part of a highly motivated, solution oriented and passionate group of people.
 
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

 

Operational Support:
o    Assist in managing revenue operations, including reporting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
o    Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, demand planning and customer service teams to align strategies.
o    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial strategy and revenue generation.
Data Analysis and Insights:
o    Utilize data tools to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
o    Prepare reports and dashboards to visualize performance.
o    Support decision-making by providing actionable insights.
o    Support key stakeholders with required reports.
Process Optimisation:
o    Contribute to refining internal commercial and revenue processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
o    Assist in implementing best practices.
o    Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
o    Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscape.
o    Assist in identifying new revenue streams and potential markets.
o    Stay informed about industry developments.
Collaboration and Communication:
o    Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
o    Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas.
o    Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and within agreed timelines.

 
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
Ideally you will have some commercial/ sales support experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail Company.
While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.    

 

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience: 

 

•    Some experience in revenue generation, sales, or marketing.
•    Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
•    Basic understanding of Power BI or similar. SQL knowledge would be a plus.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
•    A curious mindset with a passion for understanding business
•    English and Polish language essential
