Job Description

Position Summary

Reporting to the Commercial Excellence and SRGM Manager CE, this role will support all projects in the field of interest of the department. It will play a pivotal role in supporting revenue operations. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. By leveraging data and analytics, you’ll contribute to revenue growth.

This role will be part of a highly motivated, solution oriented and passionate group of people.

Universal Accountabilities

  1. Operational Support:
    • Assist in managing revenue operations, including reporting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial strategy and revenue generation.
  2. Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Utilize data tools to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards to visualize performance.
    • Support key stakeholders with required reports.
  3. Process Optimisation:
    • Contribute to refining internal commercial and revenue processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Assist in implementing best practices.
    • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
  4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscape.
    • Stay informed about industry developments.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and within agreed timelines.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in revenue generation, sales, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of Power BI or similar. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • curious mindset with a passion for understanding business.

 

Working Relationships

  • Reports to Commercial Excelence and SRGM Manger, CE
  • Key relationships internally across Central Europe will include Commercial – Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT, Demand Planning and Customer Service.

Job Tools

  • Computer and associated software: Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. 
  • Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, R etc.

Work Environment

  • Office based in Warsaw with Hybrid work model (2 days in the office)
