Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
We’re hiring a Sales Manager (Baltics & CIS) responsible for building, developing, and accelerating our business across the region. In this role, you will drive Net Sales, Gross Margin, and market sell‑out performance through close collaboration with distributor partners—ensuring aligned strategy, strong execution, and sustainable category growth.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Build, manage, and grow business performance across all trade channels through active distributor collaboration
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets through smart planning and execution
  • Lead the Joint Business Planning process with key distributors
  • Own the full business planning process for your markets, ensuring alignment to company strategies and guidelines
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate SWS activities and other market execution initiatives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts
  • Support distributors during retailer negotiations and ongoing account management
  • Ensure flawless implementation of marketing strategy, including new product launches and relaunches
  • Partner with central teams (Marketing, HUB, Demand Planning, Finance, Customer Service) to deliver integrated brand and commercial plans
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and external agencies (BTL, PR, etc.)
  • Handle regional forecasting and product availability, ensuring distributor stock levels meet company KPIs
  • Indirectly manage distributor sales teams to maintain focus and deliver against targets
  • Monitor and share competitive and retail landscape insights
  • Maintain responsibility for marketing and deflator spend across distributor partners


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for someone with solid experience gained within an FMCG environment. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful—so passion, curiosity, and energy go a long way here too.


Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Sales experience within FMCG, with strong understanding of marketing and trade marketing
  • Proven experience managing distributors and retailers
  • Experience driving successful product launches and assortment optimisation
  • Strong track record in P&L management and business development
  • Experience working in the Baltics and CIS region is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English and Russian (required)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • High accountability, proactive mindset, and “out‑of‑the‑box” thinking
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and time‑management skills
  • Energetic, positive, and a strong team player
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or a Business‑related field

Key Stakeholders:

Reports to Head of Sales BBC
Close collaboration with Sales, Category & Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Finance teams

Tools you’ll use:
Microsoft Office applications, PowerBI, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Travel:
Regular travel across the responsible region
