We’re looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Brand & Trade Manager to join our Central Europe team. This role brings together brand strategy, shopper activation and commercial accountability, playing a pivotal role in driving sustainable brand growth across CE markets.

  • Adapt global toolkits into impactful CE campaigns and activation plans
  • Define portfolio strategy, innovation priorities and product lifecycle management

  • Partner closely with Sales and SRGM to align pricing, promotion and distribution strategy
  • Contribute to customer plans and build trade stories with strong brand rationale
  • Develop pricing architecture to enhance brand value and competitiveness
  • Prepare and deliver brand reviews to leadership, showcasing results, risks and future plans

  • Oversee media, digital and in‑store activation with agency partners
  • Lead local asset development and campaign execution
  • Track competition and market trends to inform brand decisions

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L drivers
  • Experience leading brand initiatives across multiple countries
  • Proven capability in 360° campaign development, asset localisation and performance tracking
  • Confident working cross‑functionally in a matrix organisation

  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Hands‑on, results‑oriented and commercially minded
