Job Description

Position Summary

Treasury and Compliance Senior Specialist of Japan Finance and Controllership is responsible for Japan Treasury, Working capital management and Japan Compliance related.

Universal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for Japan treasury management encompassing Cash flow management and Treasury administration with followings
    • Handle overall Treasury operation with monitoring and Improving monthly and daily Cash flow
    • Monitor and report Working capital especially for DSO, with seeking for business opportunity to improve it cooperating with Commercial section
    • Maintain AR factoring to improve cash flow from view of consolidated group
    • Administration of eBanking system
    • Hedge settlement reconciliation cooperating with Global treasury
    • Credit evaluation
  • Responsible for Japan Compliance and Control encompassing Liaison function with Corporate
    • Support Contract review by business (Temporal)
    • Company seal review (Temporal)
    • Liaison with Corporate for Ad-hoq legal matter (Temporal)
    • Maintain Authority to Approve
  • Key member of Japan Finance and Controllership division

 

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skill with several levels of Business and counter parties in domestic and abroad.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Treasury
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in General Accounting or  Internal control.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience with handling Contract documents in administrative division.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • A team player who is happy to roll-up his or her sleeves and participate at all levels of operation from view of Total optimization for organization.
  • Align with Edgewell / Schick Japan Purpose and Vision
  • Business support mind
  • Experience of ERP (SAP) is plus.

Working Relationships

Report to Japan Finance and Controllership Director (Initial)

Co-operate with Japan Finance manager, Accounting Manager and team.

Co-operate with Japan commercial, Corporate Treasury and other Corporate functions.
