You will be reporting to Marketing Communication Manager and will takes accountability to maximize the Corporate and Brand values through the formulation and execution of successful digital marketing strategies. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them! The right person for this role will work closely with our internal Commercial, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain teams and external agencies with a clear understanding of all digital related activities, so a good communicator is a must. If there’s one thing, you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse, and nurturing colleagues. They’re an inspiring bunch. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you will have digital marketing experience gained within a FMCG or Retailer business.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience


  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to build long-term brand loyalty.
  • Maximize brand equity and brand contribution to the responsible business by continuously evolving/innovating digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage and lead social advertising and digital media campaign across categories and brands.
  • Develop Direct customer relations to enhance the brand engagement and increase the LTV.
  • Lead and Develop CRM Programs, tools, touchpoints, and KPIs achievement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good experience/knowledge on CRM management
  • Content creation skills
  • Native level Japanese and fluent in English
