Now, Let’s Get Down to Business


You will be reporting to Digital Communication Manager and will takes accountability to all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our business locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness by leading brand marketing team. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them! The right person for this role will work closely with our internal brand team and external agencies with the main duties will include researching, strategizing, implementing, and monitoring with other professionals and stakeholders and creating digital ac and content for successful new launches and campaigns, so a good communicator is a must. If there’s one thing, you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse, and nurturing colleagues. They’re an inspiring bunch. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you will have digital marketing experience gained within a beauty, skin care, fashion business.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience


  • Over 3 years digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of online social media. e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line etc.
  • Solid experience of agency management.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude, adjustment, while striking a balance between macro and micro view.
  • Learning on the fly and dealing with ambiguity.
  • High motivation to create new digital culture and to push DX movement.
  • High self-awareness and its self-reflection.
  • Strong commercial skills and acumen.
  • A collaborator who is happy to roll-up their sleeves and participate at all levels of marketing.
  • Native level Japanese.
  • Fluent in English reading and writing.
