Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

You will be reporting to Senior Marketing Manager, and the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing associated with Men’s wet shaving.


Here's a list of things that you will be responsible for:

  • Develop brand objectives, strategies and annual marketing plan with Marketing Manager
  • Lead and execute annual marketing plan, such as TVC/Magazine Tieup/Digital (contents marketing, SEO etc)/Package design/In‐store Display & POP/ promotion/PR while effectively involving/collaborating with Global team/Multifunctional team (Sales, Supply etc)/external agency at the right timing
  • Lead business analysis and project review (market size, share, competitors, customers, P&L etc) to identify business opportunities for further sales growth/profit improvement and develop marketing plans
  • Develop trade story for new products/marketing programs in order to successfully execute plans with excellence.
  • Responsible to effectively manage Marketing budget and recommend to the Marketing Manager the timely reallocation of resources for maximum business impact
  • Lead media Planning/Buying while collaborating with external media agency
  • Responsible to manage daily work (e.g. product registration etc)

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

We’ll need you to be comfortable taking the reins and guiding your colleagues along the way. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years marketing experience in product management/ development and execution of marketing plans in consumer goods, especially FMCG and cosmetics is preferred
  • Experience in working with Global team driving a brand strategy
  • Brand management of long history matured brand
  • Experienced in product development
  • Strong commercial skills and acumen
  • Strong strategic/logical thinking skill and analytical skills
  • Creative thinking to challenge and overcome new experience
  • Multiple projects management skill and capability with strong leadership
  • Deep understanding of consumers' insight based on research/test result
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing), native Japanese
