We are looking for an experienced HR or Payroll professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!). 

 

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to Payroll Manager, you will be a part of Edgewell’ s new internal HR Shared Services Team. This position is the first point of contact for all Payroll and HR related inquiries from Edgewell Teammates. 

 

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

 

•    Provide first-level support for HR and payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers.
•    Assist employees with HR and payroll-related questions, discrepancies, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
•    Guide employees through self-service tools for payroll-related transactions and issue resolution.
•    Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
•    Create, validate and distribute reports from single or multiple sources (Success Factors, Payroll, Kronos, etc)
•    Maintain a knowledge base to provide consistent and accurate information to employees regarding HR and payroll processes and policies.
•    Escalate complex HR and payroll issues to the appropriate team members for in-depth analysis and resolution.
•    Document and track all HR and payroll-related inquiries and resolutions for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.
•    Assist in maintaining HRIS data integrity and generating basic reports for analysis.
•    Support HR projects, such as policy updates, compliance audits, and process improvements.

This is a great opportunity for a HR or payroll professional. Experience gained within a Consumer Goods or Cosmetics company is ideal but not mandatory. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

 

Here’s what we are looking for:

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
•    Prior experience in HR, payroll administration roles is preferred
•    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
•    Problem-solving skills to address and resolve employee inquiries.
•    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
•    Basic knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
•    Proficient in English and Czech is required.
•    Proficiency in German language is highly desirable
