While it may sound cliché, we’re looking for a someone with sales experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Field Trip… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to Commercial Director, HK & TW, and will be responsible for
* Develop and implement annual account plan/monthly promotion plan to achieve sales and OP goals.
* Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer needs, and adjust sales strategies based on market changes and competitive conditions.
* Evaluate promotional effectiveness to better leverage limited trade spending to maximize ROI.
* Maintain good communication with relevant personnel at Watsons and Cosmed to negotiate product placement, promotional activities, and marketing plans.
* Address and resolve issues within the distribution channels to ensure smooth cooperation.
* Co-work with cross-functional teams to maximize the sales impact.

The right person for this role will work closely with our Taiwan commercial team, marketing team, supply chain, finance team, so a good communicator is a must. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have tack record as Account Manager gained within a consumer goods or commercial business.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
- Developing annual account plan for 2 Personal Care Stores including Watsons and Cosmed as well as 2 CVS, OK and Hi Life to deliver company objective including sales, margin and market share.
- Execute annual plan and manage budget, deflator, effectively.
- Development and strengthen the relationship with key accounts to continuously improve the customer satisfaction to achieve win-win situation.
- Leverage all the skills for better contract negotiation
- Leverage data analytical skills for better sales forecast and promotional arrangement.
- Strong business acumen to able to seize business opportunity to continue gain market share.
- Negotiation skill, communication skill, account development / management skill, business plan developing skill, sales and budget analytical skill.
- Good in Microsoft Excel and Power point
