Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Oceania Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of a diverse team and will work closely with the wider Commercial, Warehouse & Distribution, Finance and Supply Chain teams. This is an excellent opportunity  as the position is responsible for leading all Warehouse and distribution activities as well as supporting customer support/collaboration for Australia and New Zealand business. The role act as a link between ANZ sales team and 3PLs, also support ANZ customer service team as required. You will also be responsible for managing Australia and New Zealand third party logistics operations in line with Edgewell company policies and within agreed KPI’s, engage the Oceania supply chain and business leaders through sharing W&D metrics outcomes, progress on improvement initiatives and key W&D projects and Control inventory accuracy by conducting, reconciling/auditing 3PL cycle count and annual inventory count variances; reconciling discrepancies in daily inventory balance report, stock/location validations as required.. Also critical in this role  you would coordinate efficient resolution and processing of customer claims and establishes methods to monitor and eliminate incidence as well as coordinate the resolution in a timely manner all customer service issues and non-conformances, issues may be – warehouse 3PL, transport 3PL or Edgewell generated. Here are some of the things that we’re looking for:

 

•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in AUS/NZ FMCG warehousing, distribution, logistics and Customer support
•    Working knowledge of projects that involve multi-functional teams 
•    Experience in a APAC/global operational environment. High level of collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across all functional groups.
•    Clear communication and influencing, comfortable dealing with all levels of an organization
•    Operated TGA and Dangerous goods regulated operations Working Relationships


Must have;


•    SAP
•    High level of MS Excel proficiency


Working knowledge of desirable:

 

•    BI/Power BI
•    Manugistics/JDA
