The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high level and quality service to Edgewell customers, stakeholders and consumers. Being the first point of contact, the customer service representative will be the face and voice of the business assisting our consumers and customers to ensure queries and concerns are fulfilled in accordance with company requirements and resolved in a timely manner. 

 

Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:

•    End to end customer order management including manual keying of orders, customer updates and warehouse follow ups. 

•    Assisting internal stakeholders to meet a variety of customer requests. 

•    Coordinates efficient resolution and processing of customer claims and establishes methods to monitor and eliminate incidence.

•    Proactively communicate with customers on delivery updates, out of stocks and order issues. 

•    Provides professional consumer and customer support in all areas of enquiries, complaints, and product information

•    Responsible for customer and consumer enquiries in accordance the Edgewell quality, including: a) responding to telephone enquiries of all types; b) responding in writing to consumers as necessary; c) maintain all records of the above transactions for audit purposes.

•    Use your complaint management experience to ensure a positive outcome is reach when dealing with consumer concerns. 

•    Ensure communications between CS and other departments are clear and concise, and the flow leads to improved interdepartmental relationships.

Customer Service experience is a must, ideally gained within a commercial or FMCG business.  In this role, it is important that you can work assertively, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and teams located externally.  Professional experience is important, but it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.


Here are some of the requirements we are looking for:

•    A strong customer centric mindset and someone who enjoys customer interactions. 
•    Commercial or FMCG experience preferred but not essential 
•    Accurate and efficient data keying skills 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating over the phone and by email. 
•    An understanding of the importance of industry rules and compliance focused. 
•    Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong work ethic and a team player mindset
•    Team player
•    SAP knowledge strong plus
