Position Summary
The SAP Order to Cash Analyst will utilize their formal training in Supply Chain/Order Management to support the Order to Cash IT team in multiple initiatives from design, development to continuous support. You will have a strong interest in SAP SD/LE with a passion to build a career in the domain. This position will be based at our Chesterfield (St. Louis), MO office with a hybrid schedule of Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office.
Accountabilities
- Under guidance from the SAP team, you will have the opportunity to grow SAP processes and configuration knowledge.
- Solve break-fix issues, implement new enhancements and support SAP projects.
- Work in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment.
- Partner with other Order to Cash, Support and Business users to analyze, design and develop changes within SAP.
- Collaborate with other teams like FI, EDI, ABAP etc., according to needs in specific areas of integration with other modules.
- Use ServiceNow & other ITIL tools to effectively manage the day-to-day support & Change management.
- Prepare process maps, user process training material, design documentation, and other project related documentation.
Required Education, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
- Ability to understand the Order to Cash process flow and multiple integration points
- Analytical capabilities and process understanding
- Knowledge of SD integration with other modules (MM, FI)
- Experience or familiarity in preparing requirements documentation, design and technical documentation
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience of SAP sales order processing and other processes within supply chain
- Ability to stay informed of the latest SAP advancements and best practices to continually enhance our offerings
- Knowledge of SD/LE Master Data, integration points, and data flow
- SAP Certification in SD/LE area
- Ability to lead and communicate SAP data standards and limitations to the business
- Manufacturing & Distribution experience
- Experience in integration with Third Party Logistics & Distribution Centers
- MS or MBA Business is desirable
The salary range for this position is $64,000 - $96,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
