Position Summary

The Analyst of Procurement & Materials Management will provide the day-to-day support to the business in multiple initiatives from design, development to continuous support.   The successful candidate will be a committed and highly professional individual to identify and take ownership of problems and provide best in practice solutions.  Must have hands-on experience of configuration and support in MM/IM, LE, PP and SRM with experience in S/4 HANA and Ariba suite integrations. Certification in SAP would be preferable, but not mandatory. Good communication skills with ability to influence the stakeholders is key to this role. 



  • Analyze the business processes & requirements and provide best in class, practical technical solutions in SAP
  • Deliver design, customizing and configurations within MM/IM, PP, SRM, LE SAP modules
  • Apply strong production support methodologies to test & ensure the system stability
  • Collaborate with other teams like Operations, FI, EDI, ABAP define and deliver full technical solution
  • Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to visualize and develop solutions to technical challenges
  • Communicate SAP data standards and limitations to the business and assist them to get data ready for testing and production implementation
  • Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and provide regular updates to business users and management team using ServiceNow as ITIL management tool
  • Liaise with offshore team and provide best in class support to the business


Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP MM/IM, PP, LE, SRM
  • Hands-on in S/4 HANA
  • Knowledge of integration with other modules (PP, FI)
  • Good knowledge of STO, Subcontract, Procurement, Demand & Supply Planning
  • Experience in preparing requirements documentation, design and technical documentation.


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • MS or MBA Business is desirable
  • Manufacturing & Distribution experience
  • ABAP debugging
  • Experience integrating with leading Procurement suites like Ariba
  • Experience in other SAP modules supporting Operations or PLM a plus
  • Experience working in a global company supporting Procurement, Planning and Master Data Management in multiple geographies is highly preferred. 
  • Ability to perform with little direction and work with remote team members in other locations.
  • Ability to work in a team -oriented environment while demonstrating flexibility to perform in multi-task situations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing company needs and deadlines.
  • Integrations with external systems
  • Superb communication with strong business/customer focus.


Work Environment

  • Office setting – frequent sitting
  • This job involves carrying a mobile device and may require some off-hours and weekend work.
  • Able to travel occasionally to international locations.
  • 20 – 25% Travel Required
