Contract Manufacturing (CM) Quality Manager– EMEA (Cosmetics)
Location: Solingen, Germany, or Teplice Czech Republic, or United Kingdom, or France.

Fixed Term Contract up to 18 months (until May 2026), Starting ASAP.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).
 
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to our Senior Quality Director based in Germany, you will manage the quality requirements related to contract manufacturers and service providers for the entire value stream of “regulated/cosmetic products” (Personal Care Products) and “biocides”. You will also be responsible for establishment, implementation and direction of efforts and procedures to ensure that requirements of components and finished products conform to Edgewell Personal Care’s quality standards. In addition, you will work with CMs to ensure that adequate controls are in place to confirm that raw materials, components, products, packaging, and services comply with established requirements. If there’s one thing, you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
It would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
 
•   •Education in Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering or related field. Masters preferred. 
•    Significant experience with suppliers in a Supplier Quality position within Manufacturing.
•    Working knowledge of EU cosmetic directive regulated products. 
•    Strong statistics and sampling plans background 
•    General knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application.
•    Excellent computer skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Minitab and SAP.
•    External auditing experience desired.
•    Knowledge of Part Approval Process highly preferred.
•    Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Process highly preferred.
•    QE certification or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
•    Working knowledge of FDA regulated products.
•    QC laboratory experience a plus.
•    Knowledge around product safety assessments 
•    Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 22716 C-GMP, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 and/or 21 CFR 210/211 as a plus. 
•    Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Process highly preferred. 
•    Fluent in English and German/ or French or Czech
