We are looking for Junior Demand Planning Analyst with strong analytical experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men and recently acquired Jack Black… just to name a few!).

 

Let's Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the total European forecast (standard and promotional forecast), and developing and maintaining statistical forecasts for the hub team. A key part of this role is to collaborate with the hub teams to understand and challenge local market intelligence, understand any Market Intelligence impacts on the statistical forecast ensuring the right level of communication with the hub team to get the best possible total market forecast and to improve forecast accuracy. In addition, you will support the preparation of the European demand reviews (for S&OP), focus heavily on Long Term Planning and support the Demand Planning Manager in Projects.

Show Us What You've Got

Ideally you will have experience/ education in Demand Planning, Supply Chain gained experience within a commercial business.

 

It would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

 

  • Significant experience in using data analysis tools. e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Other relevant software
  • Experience/ understanding of Supply Chain
  • Confident presenter  
  • Data driven and attentive to detail
  • Planned and organized approach to completing tasks
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people
  • Degree in Supply Chain (APICS/MBA) preferred
  • Fluent in English and German  (or willing to learn German)
