We are looking for a someone with IT experience looking to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

 

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the IT Manager (based in the UK),  you will be responsible for the Hardware/Software support for the local site (Manufacturing and Commercial site).  This will include imaging, maintenance as well as install, moves, adds, and changes.  This role will also involve certain site coordinator responsibilities including but not limited to smart hands onsite support for network and server teams as well as VIP support as and when necessary.  

 

Specific Accountabilities include:
•    Hardware/Software support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) responsibilities, Desktop, Laptop, Printer
•    Mobile Device Support
•    Audio Visual Support
•    PC/Printer Site Asset Management
•    Maintain inventory for pc/printers for site
•    Maintain spare parts inventory
•    Coordinate with IT Purchasing Admin for inventory refresh
•    Physical PC imaging, placement and moves
•    PC Disposal
•    Printer placement and moves
•    Network Printer\Queue management
•    Site Purchaser for peripherals 
•    Software/Application compatibility testing
•    Support of non-managed line of business applications
•    Smart hands support network and server teams
•    White glove support for VIP’s

It would also be great if you have the following:

 

•    Experience with providing onsite IT technical support 
•    Computer hardware experience – maintenance
•    Proficient with Office 365 applications and services including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Sharepoint, Windows 10, 11
•    Ability to work with a diverse group of teammates and build relationships 
•    Valid work permit in Germany
•    Fluent in English and German
