We are looking for a someone with HR/Payroll experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

 

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Global Payroll Director (based in the US), you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of HR related payroll tasks; processing and auditing of scheduled reports according to established timelines and will maintain all data required for legal, tax or audit purposes according to defined department processes. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
You’ll have a real passion for Human Resources and will be looking for the opportunity to develop your career. 
It would also be great if you have the following:

 

•    Experience in general HR & Payroll processing, including time & attendance, taxes, and wage & hour laws as they pertain to the proper administration of employee pay.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 
•    Proficient in using DATEV, Kronos, Success Factors or similar HR Systems 
•    Proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel 
•    Ability to work in an organised manner and meeting deadlines 
•    Exceptional time management, data entry, verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality of all payroll records
•    Ability to work in a team environment, customer service oriented
•    Valid work permit in Germany
•    Fluent in English and German
