We are looking for a International Management Assistant to join Edgewell Personal Care, a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men and Jack Black… just to name a few!). This is a perfect role for someone who is looking for an opportunity to develop into Marketing or Sales and to provide effective business partnering as well as service-oriented support at a senior level for North East Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Netherlands) in a varied and exciting role.

Let’s Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Business Director North East Europe, you will be part of a diverse sales & marketing team and will work pro-actively with Regional Vice President North Europe, your line manager as well as team members to ensure business needs are met. Key responsibilities include: providing commercial analysis and deriving business decisions, preparing business presentations, support on diverse commercial projects, prepare for and participate in business meetings, support superiors in managing their priorities and planning corporate events. Show Us What You’ve Got

Ideally you are graduated and have a sales or marketing experience gained within a very busy and dynamic commercial or Consumer Goods business.
Here are some of the things we’re looking for:

 

• Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or similar
• Advanced user capabilities of MS Office programs (Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Teams)
• Fluency in English and German (verbal and written)
• Proactive approach and eager to learn new things
• High intrinsic motivation to move things forward
• Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail while not losing sight of the bigger picture
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to listen up & speak up
• High flexibility incl. the willingness to occasionally work beyond normal working hours
