We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst, with a strong ambition to make radical business changes within Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men and Jack Black… just to name a few!). This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to have a position of high impact and visibility within the organisations Supply Chain Management field.


Let’s Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Supply Chain Business Improvement Manager, you will support the the implementation of Supply Chain projects, increasing businesses integration, from strategic to data level, end-to-end, addressing people, processes and systems, and ensuring those initiatives result in success.  You will actively look for building relationships on a cross-functional organization with international teams and different cultures, and will be required to support leadership on the implementation of ideas challenging the Status Quo. Training and development will be provided.


Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:


  • Implementation of BPI initiatives and projects making sure they will be on time, successful and results are clearly measured. 
  • Building, maintaining and expanding supply chain databases with data from SAP, JDA, Fox, Excel, etc., as well as using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, etc. to perform data driven mathematical simulations, optimizations and predictions.
  • Maintaining, expanding and documenting the use of SCOR and ARIS and, simplifying the ways of working.
  • Quantifying, assigning priorities and acting on short term goals before building long term infrastructure.

Ideally you will have experience in improving business performance using advanced data & analytics capabilities and techniques.

In this role, it is important that you are able to work autonomously, flexibly and consultatively with individuals and teams located internationally.

 Here are some of the requirements we are looking for:


  • Passion for learning within the Supply Chain discipline
  • Self-starter personality, with a strong result driven orientation
  • Capacity to identify and act on priorities first, then to support with plans and analytics second
  • Experience of generating and delivering presentations and training materials
  • Good collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Experience of influencing key stakeholders leading to tangible decision improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Economy.
  • Certifications like APICS, Lean, Oliver Wight or an MBA (Desirable)
  • Advanced Excel (Experience in Power BI/Tableau and/or Power Query, and/or Power Pivot is an advantage) 
  • Valid work permit for Germany.
  • Fluent in English
