You want to own your career and you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as a Performance Marketing Manager working within the Brand Strategy International team (BSI). We are looking for  a Digital Performance expert to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare for Men and Jack Black… just to name a few!).

Let's Get Down To Business
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will work to strengthen our Digital Team. You will work in a global environment and manage digital campaigns across all European Hubs and countries (especially UK, Germany, France, Italy & Spain). You will join a great new dynamic team which includes the Ecommerce Manager and two Digital Content & Design Managers
You will directly report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with  BSI Brand Managers & local Marketing teams.
Your focus will be on Wilkinson Sword, but you’ll also be supporting the Hawaiian Tropic & Bulldog teams in the construction & execution of their EU SoMe & PPC campaigns.
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and technically skilled mind with innovative ideas, organizational talents, and perseverance.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
•    Create & recommend digital marketing plans & media roadmaps for Wilkinson Sword that will help the Brand succeed in our key markets by combining your market knowledge with your expertise in online advertising
•    Develop holistic and independent conception, implementation and control of paid search and paid social media campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc.) under performance criteria, aligned with Brand’s challenges
•    Manage day-to-day performances, define & apply optimizations, and ensure alignment with our targets to match performance goals
•    Creative optimization and A/B testing - suggest and put in place innovative ideas to improve performances (ads copies, banners, videos…)
•    Manage the overall digital marketing budget and maintain weekly and monthly reports to monitor performance and budgets across all channels.

Show Us What You've Got
We may not all be digital experts, but you will be. We’ll need you to be comfortable taking the reins and guiding your colleagues along the way.
Ideally you will have significant Digital Performance management experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail company or even an agency with exposure to beauty skincare industry. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Here’s what we are looking for:
•    At least 5 years’ experience in Traffic Management, Online Acquisition or Digital Marketing. A previous experience in an agency environment is a plus.
•    Fluent in English is a must, speaking another EU language is a plus.
•    Experience building engaging, high performing Social Media campaigns that deliver awareness & drive conversions.
•    Strong experience with Social & Google Ads campaign, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager or similar (bid strategies, audiences & Google shopping hold no secrets for you) - AMS and Programmatic experience is a plus.
•    Data driven mindset with analytical proven experience (tracking, attribution, campaign analysis, ROI etc.)
•    Passionate about user centric marketing and building brand love
•    Aptitude for spotting digital trends and innovations: you are proactive, eager to learn and curious about tools and strategies with an instinct for new opportunities
