Produce and package quality products in a safe and efficient manner.



  • Line start-up and shut down, and able to operate all equipment in a safe manner.
  • Oversee all aspects of line maintenance, perform preventative maintenance, make minor repairs as necessary, and coordinate major repairs with appropriate personnel
  • Assign job responsibilities and being responsible for team members action.
  • Ensure that process procedures and company policies are complied with.
  • Responsible for meeting production rate, follow schedules, enforcement of GMP/FDA/OSHA and Safety requirements, having proper components online, and meeting current product quality standards, and recognize defects
  • Coordinate daily activities (start, stop, and break).
  • Understand and execute a Goods Issue Slip
  • Ensure all SAFETY rules and procedures are followed
  • Must ensure all cleaning and sanitizing production lines with chemicals are completed
  • Maintain all documents relating to performance of production line (Production reports, Quality reports, all other required paperwork etc.) Documentation includes hourly checks performed completely and correctly as specified
  • Responsible to see that housekeeping is accomplished to maintain department in "customer ready" status, also responsible for Lean/5S standards.
  • Provide training for new team members to line, including job performance evaluation.
  • Maintain team culture.
  • Communicate and receive quality and production information before and at end of shift.
  • Coach team members for improved performance.
  • Conduct team meetings.
  • Know how to operate lift trucks.
  • Cross train team members to perform all jobs including lead operator duties.
  • Perform all other supervisor directed tasks.





  • Perform record all quality checks, as specified

  • High school diploma
  • Above average mechanical ability
  • Leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent math, reading, and communication skills

  • Must be fitted for Respirator and pass all Respirator test requirements
  • Must be able to work in a hot/humid environment
  • Must be able to have 20/20 vision corrected
  • Must be able to walk
  • Must be able to climb up/down frequently
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs occasionally
  • Must be able to enter confined spaces
  • Must be able to grip/grasp frequently
  • Must be able to properly position Chemical Barrels, using a barrel care (estimated weight per barrel is 450-500lbs)
