Essential Job Functions:
Change belts, rollers and bearings on Elsner
Clean, measure and inspect/change blades and anvils
Operate Elner in a safe and efficient manner
Know how to do line start-up and shut down
Properly clean/sanitizr/PM equipment
Set up rolls of material and make roll changes
Practice and perform Lock Out/Tag Out
Proper use/handling of chemicals
Perform changeovers on all Elsner equipment
Inspect product to ensure good quality
Perform/record all hourly quality checks as specified
Practice and follow all Safety/OSHA/GMP.GDP requirements
General knowledge of all line functions
Help in training new team members
Perform other Lead/Supervisor directed tasks
Housekeeping/Lean/5S
Other Job Functions:
Assist maintenance personnel with major repairs
Operation of balers
Results expected:
Produce a quality product while meeting all production standards
Be able to make mechanical adjustments
Troubleshooting abilities
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
High chool diploma or equivalent
Good mehanical skills and use of hand tools
Good math and reading skills
Ability to function in team, fast-paced enviornment
Good hand/eye coordination
Proper use of PPE
Elsner Operator must be trained in a 4-monh time period, as required by the Qualification Procedure (QS-PR-035)

Must be able to see well enough to inspect product, prefer 20/20 vision (corrected0
Must be able to walk
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to climb using a step ladder
Must be able to grip/grasp frequently
Must be able to lift 50 # frequently
