Position Summary

HR Specialist is focusing on HR operations (payroll, labor, recruitment, training, HRIS, etc.). Working with overseas COE members to support payroll calculations and hiring activities. Also work with HR manager to promote embedding Edgewell culture and improving employee engagement.

Universal Accountabilities

Payroll:

  •    Perform monthly payroll and bonus calculation process in collaborate with payroll specialist in Hong Kong and payroll vendor.
  •   Collaborate with internal accountants to support the payment and recording of salary- related expenses.
  •   Plan and implement process improvement to simplify and streamline the operations.

Labor:

  •   Management and revision of employment regulations
  •   Time Attendance Management
  •   Implementation and reporting of health checkups, stress checkups
  •   Cooperation with company doctor and running monthly health committees
  •   Onboarding and Separation admin

Comp and Benefit:

  •  Benefit program management (group insurance, corporate pension, benefit one, etc.)
  •   Merit, bonus and reward administration
  •   Compensation and Benefit survey

Hiring:

  •  Collaboration with Talent acquisition Specialist in Shanghai and support for recruitment processes.
  •  Hiring and management of temporary staff (approximately 20 employees)

Training:

  •   Operation and management of in-house training program

HRIS:

  • HR data management with SuccessFactors

Others:

  • Plan and implement measures to embed Edgewell culture and improve employee engagement with HR Manager.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  •   Practical experience and knowledge of HR in general
  •   Experience in Payroll administration more than 3 years. (Must)
  •   English (TOEIC 730+, level of communication with payroll team staff in English: Speaking and writing (Must)
  •   High IT literacy (Excel: more than intermediate level)
  •   Communication skill
  •  Working experience as HR in multinational companyPreferred

Reports to HR Manager (Japan)

Stakeholders (Internal):  Talent acquisition Specialist, Payroll Specialist, Reward Specialist, and Cmembers in Controllership

Stakeholders (External): HR Service Centre, Payroll outsources vendor
