Job Description

Position Summary

In the New Retail environment, continuously adjust the offline retail strategies and tactics, find development methods and feasible solutions suitable for traditional and emerging channels. Adjust and develop regional dealers, distributors and wholesalers to achieve sustainable business development.

FMCG experiencers with enthusiasm, ideals, sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit.

Universal Accountabilities

  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth through efficient, implementable, forward-looking growth programs.
  • Understand the market, understand themselves and competitors, and be able to combine data to develop targeted and effective competitive strategies.
  • Develop annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans for the sales region to grasp the development and implementation of competitive strategies in the region.
  • Follow up on sales targets in the region, plan and control cost utilization, and always adhere to sustainable investment.
  • Dealer and distributor network layout and adjustment, collaboration and incentive dealers, distributors continue to promote business growth, pay attention to maintain the orderly development of the market.
  • Establish direct communication with retailers to launch effective and efficient in-store displays and promotions.
  • Complete internal data and information statistics on time as needed.

 

Required Skills and Experience

Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • More than 8 years of FMCG sales experience, more than 3 years distributor management experience. Personal care or cosmetic category experience is a must.
  • Familiar with the traditional retail channels in Shenzhen city, and welcome experience with the traditional retail channels in Hainan Province.
  • Independently managed more than 1 retail system headquarters or more than 1 dealer channel.
  • Familiarity with 2 or more of the 4 channels of Hyper Super CVS COS.
