We are looking for an eRetail Media Manager to join the Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing team.  This is a newly created role that will be responsible for building out strong performance media capabilities for multiple brands across the EPC portfolio.  You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our Retailer Media Network (RMN) investments in collaboration with other cross-functional partners and agencies.  You will develop strategies and methodologies to test and identify the most successful methods of generating traffic and incremental sales growth (eComm and Omni-channel). You will use your understanding of the customer’s path to purchase to help identify data driven decisions that will help us to achieve identified business and sales objectives. 



  •       Analyze past RMN campaigns to develop eRetail media strategies that will help us achieve the business and sales objectives that are defined for each brand and retail partner.  This will be done in collaboration with the Digital Activation, eRetail and Analytics teams in addition to our agencies where applicable and will be inclusive of budget allocation recommendations and the development of corresponding media and measurement plans. 
  •       Plan, execute and optimize RMN campaigns with a focus on making our investments work harder for us.  
  •       Partner with the Analytics team to develop in-campaign and end of campaign performance reports which will provide analysis and insights. Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure all testing initiatives will be tracked appropriately so valuable insights can be gathered by end of test/campaign
  •       Prioritize optimizations to drive greater effectiveness and efficiency to maximize our investments. Includes monitoring our targeting, bidding strategy, tactics, placements, and associated budget allocations.
  •       Lead and manage relationships with our RMN partners (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, etc.).  Stay up to date on newest features, launches, betas, learnings, etc.
  •       Integrate eComm media planning with brand media planning to ensure holistic KPIs are being met and complementary media strategies and plans are developed.
  •       Responsible for the creation and management of campaigns in self-serve platforms as needed including any necessary tagging and tracking checks before campaign activation.
  •       Partner with Analytics team to manage foundational components to campaign success including campaign architecture, optimizations, and measurement.
  •       Researches and stays up to date on technology and trends surrounding retail and programmatic media (DSPs, inventory & data sources, fraud protection, best practices, etc.)
  •       Responsible for defining and rolling out scalable solutions, best practices, and frequent learnings to advance eRetail media efforts across key brand initiatives.


      Required Education, Skills & Experience

  •       Bachelors’ degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience 
  •       A minimum of 3 years of experience in eRetail media and Retail Media Networks (Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Criteo, Instacart and other similar buying platforms).
  •       Proven effective media expertise (strategy, partners, tactics, etc.), ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.
  •       In depth understanding of media planning and media activation with hands-on executional experience. Experience using different media channels and understanding how each can be used to build brands. In-depth knowledge of integrated channel strategies and concepts.

  •       Data - driven mindset with a passion for digging into performance drivers and generating insights. Ability to leverage data to highlight effectiveness and incrementality of paid media spend.
  •       Can create advanced media plans with minimal assistance or input from senior personnel
  •       Biased toward action. Takes initiative, entrepreneurial, can hit the ground running and move projects forward right from the start.
  •       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to pivoting strategies as the business evolves
  •       Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening), including the ability to make effective presentations to all levels of management
