Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Digital Insights & Analytics plays a critical role in shaping business strategy by leveraging digital, social, and eCommerce data to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities across Edgewell’s portfolio.
This role goes beyond reporting to translate complex digital signals into strategic direction, influencing category strategy, brand growth, innovation, and commercialization decisions.
The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in digital analytics with a strong business mindset, bringing a point of view grounded in data while collaborating cross-functionally to drive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the analysis and translation of digital data sources (e.g., ratings & reviews, search trends, e-commerce analytics, digital shelf performance) into strategic consumer insights and growth opportunities, partnering closely with Consumer Insights leads and cross-functional teams to drive clear business action.
- Synthesize insights across multiple digital platforms to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities
- Partner with consumer insights leads, brand, category, and e-commerce teams to inform innovation, renovation, positioning, and portfolio decisions.
- Lead relationships with external digital insights and analytics partners (e.g., Black Swan Data, Revuze, Stackline), including briefing, oversight, and delivery of actionable outputs.
- Ensure digital insights are integrated with broader consumer learning and category understanding.
- Develop clear, compelling insight stories that drive alignment and action across the organization
- Continuously evolve digital insight capabilities, tools, and ways of working
Required Education, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Digital, Social, eCommerce Insights & Analytics, or related strategic roles preferably in a CPG company
- Proven ability to leverage digital data to influence business strategy and drive measurable outcomes, including ratings & reviews, search trends, social listening, and eCommerce analytics
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to confidently bring a data-driven point of view and collaborate effectively to shape cross-functional and senior leadership decision-making.
- Demonstrates ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making; Willingness to “have an opinion” backed up by insight and analytics and influence key stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in leading digital analytics platforms, including Black Swan Data, Revuze, Synthesio, Sprinklr, Stackline, Profitero, and eCommerce measurement tools like Stackline, Profitero, CommerceIQ
- Working knowledge of POS and panel data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Numerator) and ability to integrate them with digital insights

Work Environment (Hybrid)
This role follows a hybrid work model with regular presence in the Shelton, CT corporate office and/or in the NY, NY office 3 days / week. Occasional travel may be required for key business meetings or enterprise collaboration.
The salary range for this position is $128,000–$192,000 Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive.
