Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence, the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence is responsible for translating data into actionable and strategic insights to drive enhanced consumer understanding, business insights, market learnings, and commercial strategies that result in measurable business impacts in support of EPCs growth and profitability initiatives. They will lead data-driven analyses, build custom analytical models and capabilities, and collaborate with the cross-functional commercial team in delivering enhanced analytic rigor and competences across the organization. They will be able to translate large technical and complicated analytical projects into simple business insights and recommendations for the commercial team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive commercial strategy and execution and contribute to the company's growth and success.

The salary range for this position is $132,000–$204,000
Compensation for this position varies based on a range of e.qual opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive.
