Senior Analyst, eCommerce

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior eCommerce Analyst to join our Growth Strategy & Analytics Team. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who is comfortable working across various functions to drive insights to action for our eCommerce businesses. The eCommerce Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving sales growth via data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends and opportunities within the eCommerce landscape.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive eCommerce growth.

• Work with our D&A team to develop and maintain reports to track KPIs across different eCommerce platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Digital Marketing, and Social to align on eCommerce strategies that have clear business objectives.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.

• Identify and recommend optimization opportunities for product listings, including content, pricing, and promotions.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and analyze strategic test and learns.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analyses.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 4+ years of eCommerce analytics, preferably within the CPG industry.

• Proven track record of driving KPI improvement via data-driven insights.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.

• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience querying data using SQL.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Shelf, Market Share, and Syndicated POS analytics are a plus.

• Understanding of SEO and Performance Marketing strategies.

• Proficiency with data visualization and transformation tools (PowerBi, Tableau, Alteryx)

• Previous experience with a CPG company.

• Understanding of Retail Operations and Supply Chain management.

• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

The salary range for this position is $76,000-114,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
