Position Summary
Reporting to the manager of social media, the Schick Master Brand social media intern will execute the community management strategy. Primary responsibility (80%) will be all community management on TikTok including proactive engagement to drive brand awareness and channel growth. You will also assist (20%) with Instagram community management.
Essential Functions
TikTok subject matter expert including channel capabilities and communities
Monitor and respond to all TikTok inbound messages
Monitor and track all Instagram and TikTok UGC
Monitor relevant conversations both within & outside of the personal care ecosystem for opportunities to comment as the brand resulting in driving engagement and growing the community
Leverage TikTok search to determine most impactful conversations to join
Identify creators to surprise and delight
Stay informed of TikTok updates and new functionality
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
Minimum Education - Completion of Junior year of college through graduating year.
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Preferred Major: Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Communications, or Related
Available for full commitment of 10-week program (40 hours/week)
Currently enrolled in accredited college or university in pursuit of bachelor’s degree in related field
Eligible to work in the US

Knowledge & Skills
Required:
Experience with TikTok
Experience with some or all: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
Preferred:
Experience with Sprinklr or other social media management tool
