Position Summary:

Reporting to the Team Leader, Advanced Analytics, the successful candidate will primarily focus on driving business results through the development and implementation of data driven analytics and insights in order to deliver enhanced ROI and actionable business insights across the Commercial Team. They will lead data-driven analyses, build custom tools and capabilities, and collaborate on cross-functional projects while also supporting the analytics team in delivering enhanced analytic rigor and competences across the organization.



  • Plan and Conduct Data Driven Analyses
    • Work with Syndicated data to deliver in-depth and impactful analytics projects and structured reports as needed
    • Work across cross-functional teams to design and construct custom research projects
    • Build custom, data-driven presentations designed to answer strategic business questions and deliver actionable insights in a concise and impactful way
  • Create Custom Tools and Capabilities
    • Leverage Excel, Power BI, or other similar software to create custom data tools and capabilities that target a specific business need
    • Provide innovative data visualization and analytic techniques to accelerate business understanding
  • Support the Analytics Team on Strategic Analytics Projects
    • Provide analytic support across large-scale strategic projects that drive efficiencies and insights across the organization
    • Provide analytics direction by leveraging Customer databases for programs that meet EPC business objectives (including utilizing predictive analytics)
  • Create new work streams designed to drive enhanced analytic rigor and data-driven decisions across the organization
    • Provide recommendations for and lead implementation of best-in-class analytics, tools, and capabilities
    • Identify opportunities within the company where Data and Analytics can be leveraged for positive change and build & manage those capabilities
  • Drive Improved Efficiencies, ROI, and Insights across the Commercial Team
    • Help the analytics team drive improved efficiencies and profitability across the P&L by leveraging analytic capabilities, especially in the areas of strategic pricing, promotions, and marketing programs.


Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of Data and Analytics experience in driving measurable business results and impact in either a Manufacturing or Consulting capacity; CPG experience highly preferred.


Desirable Education, Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in database applications and syndicated POS data
  • Experience in working with large amounts of disparate data sources and advanced analytic modeling capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action and drive collaborative projects to a successful outcome.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple groups and levels across the organization in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management/problem solving skills and the ability to manage and prioritize many projects simultaneously.
  • Self-sufficient, creative learner with natural intellectual curiosity and passion for data, analytics, and driving business insights.
  • Ability to take complex ideas, process, and analyses and transform them into simple actions and recommendations and deliver them in a concise and impactful way
  • Demonstrated ability to drive quantifiable business impact through the use of advanced analytics and insights across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing best practices regarding data, analytics, tool, and emerging capabilities and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
