Internship Assignment: January - June 2023

Part-Time: up to 20 hours a week

Edgewell Personal Care’s (EPC) internal creative department is on a mission to bring a fresh creative approach to each of its brands on the digital shelf.   This is a new capability for EPC, and the team currently has an internship available for a Project Manager for the Spring 2023 semester (January – June).  The Project Management Intern will provide support by helping to facilitate the delivery of creative assets and digital content for our Suncare, Skincare and Shave brands including Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Schick, Hydro Silk and Intuition.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between the internal Creative team and our internal clients (Brand Marketing, eCommerce), and serve as a point of contact for Brand website, eRetail and Social content creative requests.
  • Ensure creative briefs are clear, concise and include all necessary information/assets for creative work to begin.  
  • Communicate between the creative team and our internal clients (Brand Marketing, eCommerce) to establish expectations, provide project updates/progress reports, gather assets, distil feedback, hand off project deliverables, etc.
  • Map out project plans, project timelines, scope of work and associated communication documents. 
  • Monitor progress on projects to ensure task deadlines are met and communicate deadline shifts when necessary. 
  • Nurture relationships with internal clients, creative team members and external agencies.

 

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Studying for an associate's or undergraduate degree in marketing, project management, graphic design, communications or related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with project management software or Adobe Workfront is also a plus.
  • Dynamic individual who has energy, enthusiasm, and passion for creative content.
  • Interest in eCommerce marketing and advertising.
  • Interest in the beauty/skincare categories.
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner with multiple departments and teams.
  • Must possess sense of urgency, entrepreneurial working style and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

 

Pay: $20 per hour
