We are looking for a motivated IT Systems Administrator Intern to join our team focusing on macOS and Windows operating systems. As an IT Systems Administrator Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring our workstations around the globe are properly managed and supported by using various device management tools. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows workstations.


  • Manage devices and package new software using Kandji, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with both macOS and Windows workstations using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Assist with managing the inventory of macOS laptops in the environment and ensuring they are consistently up-to-date with our standards.
  • Maintain and improve the Windows and macOS global image standard.
  • Monitor workstations for known issues and implement required resolutions accordingly.
  • Assist with operating system and workstation upgrades. (e.g. macOS Sonoma and Windows 11)
  • Assist with developing the standard image for company-issued iOS, iPadOS and Android devices.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with both macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently at times and collaboratively within a team.
  • Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Scripting experience with Powershell and Bash is a plus.


The compensation for this role will be $20 hourly.
